Abstract:The development status of crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)industry in Zhejiang Province in 2021 has been investigated and analyzed. The results showed that with the continuous rise of breeding area and yield, the crayfish breeding was expanding rapidly. High efficient ecological breeding modes have been innovated and developed, in which rice crayfish integrated farming system was dominated, which has the advantages in breeding benefits and significant effect on drug and fertilizer reduction. Although the breeding had the maximum rapid development in Huzhou and Jiaxing city, current production capacity has not been able to satisfy the consumption of the local market, which needed to import crayfish from other provinces. This research results provided the development suggestions for the problems existed in crayfish breeding industry in Zhejiang province, in order to provide data supports and theoretical references for promoting green and high quality development of agriculture (fishery).[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2022,12(6):29-34]
